Taking advantage of the seminar, we awarded Father Leo LeBlanc with the brotherhood of the Virgen of our Lady of the Aparecida regarding his outstanding performance and contribution to Catholic Scouting of the Americas meanwhile he served as our Regional Chaplain a couple of years ago.
As part of the award we gave him a medal which the engraving of our Lady of Aparecida and a respective certificate
